New research by Holland & Barrett found that actually most people go to the doctors only when ‘absolutely necessary’. If we can get people to listen to their bodies and get checked out at an earlier stage, we can prevent our issues getting more serious and hopefully, live longer, better lives.

The State Of The Nation’s Attitudes To Health Report by Holland & Barrett found that people only take action on their health when something goes wrong. It’s things like lack of energy, no time and not knowing where to start. But it’s really important to listen to your body and take proactive steps to take care of your health.
